" We were nervous about travelling with our pets across to Spain, but managed to find Ian. His positive reviews helped us make our decision, and the positive reviews he has were spot on. Ian's advice before the trip was clear and easy to understand, even advising on the new EES system in place (which funnily enough wasn't in place at that time, at the channel tunnel at our point of crossing). Ian updated us of this a week before, which again put our minds at rest. Ian gave us an itinerary a week or so before the 2-day trip, and time wise it was pretty much sport on. Picked up on time, got through the crossing with our pets through the pet centre quickly, before heading through the tunnel and into France. Ian arranged some nice accommodation for the night, before setting off for the long day down to Spain on day 2. Ian's driving was very careful, even considering driving through the mountains just after the France / Spain border, through some heavy rain. " Brilliant service!Ian picked myself,my wife and our dog from Huddersfield uk. We boarded the le-shuttle to calias,stayed overnight at a dog friendly hotel,following day we drove to the French and Spanish border.we spent the night at another dog friendly hotel,then drove into Spain the following day. All went well. Ian's driving was impeccable. I would highly recommend pets2us for your travel with your pets. "

We booked Ian to take myself and Peter the dog from the UK to Casares in Spain based on his excellent testimonials and after talking with Ian about the services he provides. After 3 safe and comfortable days on the road and a very punctual departure and arrival we could not have made a better choice.

Ian provided full details of the trip itinerary well in advance so we could plan and pack accordingly. He was also flexible with a late change of the original departure date.

Ian has good knowledge of border control regulations. His advice on dog passport and specific travel documentation requirements was exactly as requested by border control and we crossed without a problem.

His excellent trip planning and scheduling ensured that each stage was generally consistent and allowed for sufficient time for numerous refreshment and exercise stops.

Ian booked excellent overnight accommodation with good all round facilities which were very dog friendly with plenty of exercise space off the road for good pre and post travel walks.

Ian is a very competent driver and the vehicle was comfortable and spacious for us and our copious luggage. He had full knowledge of the planned route and facilities along the way.

Ian was a very friendly, caring and conscientious travel companion for both myself and Peter who took to him immediately.

Ian is a totally reliable and wholly trustworthy person and I highly recommend him if you want the best and most friendly and stress free person and accompanied pet relocation experience possible. "

" Highly recommend pets2us!! We have just completed our journey and what an excellent experience. Travelling with my mobility challenged husband and our dog, Ian went above and beyond to ensure the trip went smoothly. Plenty of comfort breaks, nice overnight stays and a comfortable ride. Our fur baby sat next to us the whole journey and that to us was priceless.

" Great experience, Ian is an absolute star. There's no way we would get to Italy, with a baby and 3 cats without him. During the whole trip Ian kept a positive attitude, gave us enough breaks and let us check on the cats. He organized all the bookings, had knowledge of the road, the border checks and the places we stayed. He was also friendly with the baby and supportive of our situation. 10/10! Totally recommend the service."

" We've had an excellent experience with Pets2us door to door Pet and Owner transporting service.

We used them to transport 3 passengers and two pets (cat and dog) from UK (Ipswich) to Spain (Alicante)

Special thanks to Ian who went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe, comfortable and stress free journey from start to finish.

" Fantastic service, Ian was really helpful and friendly. My dog is not good with people so I had to travel with her in the car, it was a long journey from Cadiz to UK but it was enjoyable and the hotels were good that we stayed in. Ian is great company and won over my dog very quickly. I would definitely use Ian again if I need to travel."
